Housevisory launches AI-powered property platform to transform Nigeria’s real estate market

Affordable housing

Nigeria’s journey towards a more transparent, technology-driven, and accessible real estate sector reached a significant milestone with the official launch of Housevisory, an innovative property technology platform designed to simplify how Nigerians discover, compare, verify, and secure property opportunities.

The event featured a keynote address by Brigadier General GU Nwamba, Deputy Chief of Civil-Military Affairs (Psychological Operations), Army Headquarters, who underscored the importance of trust, transparency, and collaboration in national development.

According to Nwamba, technology has become a critical driver of social and economic transformation, and platforms such as Housevisory have an important role to play in strengthening confidence within Nigeria’s housing ecosystem.

Delivering the opening remarks, Mrs. Lynda Odunmbaku welcomed participants and described the launch as more than the introduction of a digital platform but a movement toward a smarter, more transparent property market.

She noted that while housing remains one of the most important aspirations for millions of Nigerians, accessing reliable property information continues to be a major challenge for buyers, renters, developers, and investors alike.

Speaking at the launch, Founder and Head of Product for Housevisory, Mr. Mathew Nnang, described the unveiling of the platform as the culmination of a vision to modernize Nigeria’s property market by leveraging technology that meets global standards while addressing local realities.

According to Nnang, Housevisory was created to bridge the gap between traditional real estate practices and the rapidly evolving global PropTech landscape, providing Nigerians with a smarter, more transparent, and user-centric way to search for, compare, verify, and secure property.

“Our vision is to position Nigerian property technology on par with emerging global trends by building a platform that combines artificial intelligence, data intelligence, and digital innovation to deliver a seamless property experience.

We believe Nigerians deserve the same level of convenience, transparency, and confidence that property seekers enjoy in the world’s leading digital real estate markets.”

Nnang added that the company’s long-term ambition is to become Nigeria’s most trusted property technology platform.

Delivering a goodwill message, Ms. Toyin Gbajabiamila congratulated the Housevisory team for introducing a solution that responds to a genuine market need.
