
Marketing and business expert Rerhe Idonije has been appointed the new Executive Director of the real estate and investment company NedcomOaks Group.
The appointment, effective December 2024, is expected to bring fresh energy to the company’s operations, particularly in luxury real estate, renewable energy, and sustainable investments.
In a statement, NedcomOaks Group described Idonije as a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in innovative business strategies.
The company said, “Rerhe brings a vision to redefine luxury real estate through timeless elegance, sustainable practices, and future-focused investments.”
Reacting to the announcement, Rerhe expressed excitement about her new role, saying, “I’m excited to announce to everyone at home and in the diaspora that you now have a trusted ally for real estate investments, renewable energy solutions, and electric vehicle acquisitions.”
She further explained that her passion for helping people make smart investment choices led her to NedcomOaks, a company she believes shares her values.
With over two decades of experience in the real estate sector, NedcomOaks is behind major housing developments like Victoria Crest Homes and Citadel Views Estate, Nigeria’s first fully solar-powered residential community.
Rerhe, who also leads Ned-Redefini, the company’s subsidiary focused on smart and eco-friendly developments, has been at the forefront of integrating clean energy solutions, smart technology, and electric vehicle adoption in luxury housing projects.
Rerhe holds an MBA in International Business and Sustainable Development from the Maastricht School of Business and Economics in the Netherlands, a certification in Innovation Management from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, and a BSc in Computer Science. Furthermore, she is an internationally recognised squash referee, certified by World Squash Officiating.
