Minister leads economy discourse at CIBN forum
The Minister of Environment and former Senior Special Adviser to the President on Millenium Development Goals, by Mrs. Amina Mohammed, is billed to lead discussions at the yearly lecture of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
The event, slated for June 16, 2016, at the Ijewere Hall of the Bankers House, PC 19, Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island, at 2pm, has the theme: “Sustainable Development Goals and the Financial Services Sector: The Meeting Point.”
Also, former Minister of Health, Prof. Eyitayo Lambo, will be the Chairman of the occasion, while the new President/Chairman of Council of CIBN, Prof. Segun Ajibola, is the chief host.
“The programme has become the most important annual forum of the institute for policy makers, regulators and operators in the financial services industry to share experiences and exchange ideas on contemporary issues of common interest and has had distinguished and eminent professionals as guest lecturers,” CIBN said in a statement.
