Polarstore Cold Storage solution training holds January in Lagos

Rubitec Nigeria Limited, in partnership with Renewable Tech Nigeria program will hold the Polarstore Cold Storage Solution training from January 27 to 31, 2025 at the Lagos State Energy Academy, GRA, Ikeja.

According to the press release signed by the MD/CEO of Rubitec Nigeria Limited, Bolade Soremekun, the program participants in this free training will gain invaluable skills and contribute to the nation’s journey towards a cleaner greener future.

The statement said: “Polarstore training will offer a unique opportunity for engineers and technicians to gain  hands-on expertise in implementing and maintaining solar hybrid cooling system.”

Soremekun disclosed that the program “is part  of Renewable Tech Nigeria’s ambitious mission to derive the adoption of renewable energy solutions in Nigeria with a specific focus on enhancing off grid containerized cold storage systems and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

” This initiative is aimed at addressing the critical energy challenges in Nigeria’s agri-food sector by introducing sustainable solutions to power cold storage efficiently and responsibly.”

His words: “As a flagship project under the Dutch Government’s BHOS strategy, this training combines the technical prowess of Nigerian and Dutch renewable energy experts, creating a platform for innovation, collaboration, and skill development. 

The statement noted among other things that participants will learn about the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar-hybrid systems and  gain insights from top experts in the renewable energy sector. 

“We are inviting  technicians, marketing experts and other stakeholders in the renewable energy field to seize this fantastic opportunity,” the statement added.
