Staco Insurance Plc has promised to continue to provide quality services to customers in order to retain their patronage. For instance, the company paid claims amounting to N1.762 billion to individual and corporate clients in 2014.

The Managing Director/CEO, Sakiru Oyefeso, in an interactive session with stakeholders said our greatest marketing strategy lies in the company’s passion for high standards and prompt claims settlement.

“These values have overtime engendered confidence in our clients for renewed business; for instance, we paid claims amounting to N1.762 billion in the reporting year. As a company that is alive to its responsibilities, we ensure that all genuine claims were paid to affected policyholders during the outgone year. We use this opportunity to reassure our policyholders that prompt service delivery particularly in settlement of claims, will always be our priority and this will continue to be the business philosophy of our company in the years ahead.”

According to him, service delivery is anchored on the philosophy of quality service first time, every time. This has been the watchword of our company and we endeavor to deliver exceptional services at every level. Our internal processes have been improved upon to meet up with the set standards within the industry and beyond.
