Underwriter to discuss relevance of insurance policy to SMEs
An underwriting firm, Coronation Insurance Plc is set to hold a webinar that will discuss the relevance of insurance to Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) in the country.
The webinar, themed ‘Importance of Insurance for SMEs: Insurance Requirements for a Growing Business’ is set to hold on Tuesday, 1st of November 2022.
Aside this, the forum will beam searchlight on insurance requirements for growing businesses, while outlining the risks and challenges faced by SMEs as well as how to mitigate these risks.
While the vice president of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry(LCCI), Gbenga Ismail, will make the first presentation, this will be followed by a panel discussion.
According to a statement from Coronation Insurance, the panel will consist of: the head of Emerging Business, Africa Access Bank Plc, Ayo Olojede; Country manager, Nigeria and West Africa Wordpay Inc, Louis Alozie, and executive director, Technical, Coronation Life Assurance Ltd., Adebowale Adesona, while the session will be moderated by Wole Famurewa.
