The forthcoming presidential election no doubt has two major contenders, the incumbent President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Major-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressive Congress (APC). The campaign organisations of both political parties have made and still making rigorous campaigns across the length and breadth of this country, trying to “sell” their presidential candidates across religious, ethnic and geographic boundaries. We have witnessed one of the most “heated” and kin electioneering with utterances that can be described as not too palatable. The main actors and gladiators in the March 28th presidential election have all shown their commitment to democracy and a free, fair and credible election.

Whatever ‘sexiest’ connotes; the result of the poll is without doubt, an eloquent testimony of a uniqueness of the Nigerian people, which enjoy global endorsement. In this regard, CNN describes the Nigerian accent in the following way: “Dignified, with just a hint of willful naiveté, the deep, rich “oh’s” and “eh’s” of Naija bend the English language without breaking it, arousing tremors in places other languages can’t reach.”

FOLLOWERS of style and policy drive of Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State should by now know that he holds two programmes tenaciously dear to his heart –Education and Agriculture — out of the six policy thrusts of his administration. If you want to be a Master of the Universe then think about a problem and get about solving it for your family, your community or even your country. I get asked all the time why I have dedicated my life to promoting Entrepreneurship and Leadership. I answer that I want to solve the most fundamental problem my country is faced with right now and that is unemployment. And the only realistic way we can win in this battle against unemployment, is to use entrepreneurship as a solution to get young people self-employed and working. At the same time we have to have the right Leadership so that we can sustain the momentum and keep creating jobs and opportunities for our young people, hence my focus on Strategy and Leadership. And so there you have it, my Anabel Group is almost exclusively focused on Entrepreneurship. Strategy and Leadership, and guess what, I too am committed to becoming a MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE, and I have identified a national problem I have decided to solve for my Nation, what will yours be? IF YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.
