Jubilant Portugal celebrates first Eurovision victory

Jubilant Portugal on Sunday feted the country's first ever Eurovision song contest victor Salvador Sobral, who suffers from a serious heart condition but triumphed with a melancholy ballad, with hundreds turning up to welcome him home.
