N4.8 billion alleged fraud: Judge returns Ibeto's case file to Lagos CJ

The scheduled arraignment of the Chairman of Ibeto Energy Development Company, Cletus Ibeto, over alleged N4.8 billion fraud before a Lagos High Court in Ikejawas stalled due to the return of the case file by Justice Ismail Ijelu to the Chief Judge, Justice Kazeem Alogba.
