RECENTLY, there was a change of guard at the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) following President Goodluck Jonathan’s appointment of the prince of Kano Emirate, and great scion of Late Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Abdullahi Bayero, Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Ado-Bayero as the new helmsman. Ado Bayero, who is also Ciroman Kano, took over from Mallam Habib Abdullahi.

Let us examine the life of David as one who treaded the path of eternal glory. David had a humble start but a terrific finish. He began as a shepherd, ending up a king. SOUTH Africa-based artistes and other artistes from around Africa, have taken a stand against Xhenophobia. The artistes group is convened by Nigerian-born guitarist and producer, Kunle Ayo, and South African vocalist, Nombulelo Maqetuka; they recorded a song, We Are Africans, to add their voice to the #NoToXhenophobia campaign.
