Epoxy Oilserv Nigeria Limited has acquired an ultra-modern Deionized and Demineralized water plant capable of producing 10,000 liters per hour; this is an upgrade to the company’s existing plant. This new feat has repositioned Epoxy Oilserv as Nigeria’s market leader for Deionized, demineralized, and distilled water for industrial use.

This plant is in addition to the company’s already installed capacity of 5000 liters per hour. The deionized water plant’s cumulative total is 10,000 Litres per hour.
The Deionized water production plant is based on ion exchange technology. Deionized water removes almost all of its mineral ions, such as cations like sodium, calcium, iron, and copper, and anions such as chloride and sulfate. The process also has a reverse osmosis system that thoroughly filters sediments and renders the water free of solids and ions.

The Mandatory Conformity Assessment Programme (MANCAP) is a mandatory product certification scheme by the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) to ensure that all locally manufactured products in the country conform to the relevant Nigerian Industrial Standards (NIS) before such products are presented for sale in the market or exported.
