Cars 45 launches franchise with HCS autos

CARS 45/Car Bazr recently launched its first ever franchise branch with HCS autos, as a step to actualize its dream of 50 franchise branches before the end of the year.

The event which held at the new franchise branch along Allen Avenue, Ikeja had quite an array of cars on display at very affordable prices, with car shoppers feeding their eyes.
 
Chief Executive Director, Cars45, Etop Ikpe, in his welcome address said the franchise branch is the first of many to come as the company intends to keep evolving.
 
“This is the beginning of a dream and it came from just an idea. History has been made today as this partnership is the beginning of more to come. Our dealers are here today and they all know how we started this business and today we are getting bigger and bolder.

“This is just one but our goal is to get 50 franchise branches before the year runs out. we started off by expanding our branches and now we are moving on to the next phase which is franchise branches”
 
While interacting with journalists he stressed that, opening franchise branches will in no way dampen the integrity cars45 has been known for because a lot of measures have been put in place to avoid that,
 
“ To maintain our quality even with our franchise branches, we have put different measure in place. One of those is our merchant training programme, where dealers are trained comprehensively on how to maintain the standard. We are also adopting feedback research because we know the most important thing is customer satisfaction. Customers will be able to drop their feed backs and if we find situation where they are not meeting up, we will have to take them out. Our goal is not necessarily about the franchise but gaining access to the customers.So if customers are not getting a good experience from our franchise then there is a problem.” 
 
In his remarks, Chief Executive Officer, HCS autos, Kunle Kosile, described Cars45/ Car Bazr as the fastest growing company in West Africa that keeps evolving. 
  
Kosile said the franchise branch is not going to end up like other franchise branches that cannot keep up with the initial quality of the parent company because HCS global resources is a brand known for quality and also has measures put in place to sustain the standards handed to them.  

“I know most times there is a drop in quality when it comes to franchise branches but HCS global resources are known for dedication, it is also a brand of its own and this is just the automobile branch of HSC. Asides from the measures put in place by cars 45, we also have measures put in place to maintain the quality. We tell people if the car has a fault not disclosed to you, you get 100% money back and i mean it” 
 
As a way to mark the auspicious event, the first customer to purchase at the franchise branch went home with a 10,000 voucher to fuel his car, free registration and insurance for his car.
