Speaking in a press conference to unveil the promo, Executive Director of the organisation, Rajesh Chawla, said the firm remained consistent with the promo to deliver its promises on customer satisfaction.

Maintaining that improved customer satisfaction remained key strategy to improve businesses across the country, Chawla said the company’s organisation’s core value was surrounded by the ability to deliver satisfactory services to the people.

According to him, in a bid to consistently share experience with customers, the 13th edition of the value drive promo will commence on 1st of December, and end on the last day of the of the month.

He said: “Infinity value drive promo guarantees the customers, a chance to win various prizes instantly on the purchase of Infinity tyre or battery at any of the accredited Infinity Tyres and Infinity Express outlets.”

Chawla added that the organisation, which is the sole marketer of tyre brands including Pirelli, Goodyear, Infinity, CEAT and battery brand; Exide and Infinity, was working hard to expand its operation base and help reduces the challenge of unemployment in the country.

According to him, the 13th edition of the promo will give away cash prizes, tyre services such as wheel balancing and alignment and other freebies which include electrical car jacks, car vacuum cleaners, radiator coolants and other items.

Commending the patronage of customers, Chawla said that the organisation would ensure that it put smiles on the faces of customers by offering reward for every purchase.

Chawla, who stated that the growth of the organisation in Nigeria was clear indication of the trust built in the brands, lauded the efforts of its stakeholders and retail customers in turning the brand to leading brand in the market.
