Ganduje, Kwankwaso, others for Goodwill Ambassador’s Award
The Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Awards is billed to hold on Thursday, July 6, at Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja.
With Green White Green as a theme, this year’s event, which is the 5th edition, would honour people who have positively impacted on lives.
Organised by Goodwill Ambassador Agency, the awardees include the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje; TV presenter and pageant producer, Louisiana Iwule; actress Juliet Ibrahim; Kogi State First Lady, Mrs. Rashida Bello; Dr. Zainab Shinkafi Bagudu, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso; Sen. Rafin Ibrahim.
Also on the list are, Grace ‘Lady G’ Ekpo; Tonto Dikeh; Maryam Mauro Aminu Tambuwal, Ogenyi Onazi Eddy (MON) and others.
Project Director, NGAA, Amb. Chris Odey in a statement made available to The Guardian explained that the awards, which cut across over 30 categories, would be given to selected nominees for their contributions to peace building and development in the country.
