Nasirul Lahi –L-Fathi Society of Nigeria (NASFAT) has organized a specialized training for the newly-elected executives of Lagos Zone Two in order to meet the demands of its teeming members.

The Zonal Chairman NASFAT Zone Two, Alhaji Sholadoye Oyeyemi Bashir, said the retreat would equip the newly elected zonal officers on how to carry their responsibility effectively.

He said: “Though they are leaders in their respective callings, they have aspired numerous roles in their branches, but now they are coming to the zonal level. We will be training them on how zonal administrative is been done so that they can come out of this retreat as better leaders. This retreat is train the trainer. When they are through with the training they are expected to go back to their branch and train others to ensure smooth running during their administration”.

He noted that the Zone has put numerous programme in place to ensure members and non members of NASFAT get closer to Allah during Ramadan.

“There will be series of public lecture during the holy month of Ramadan in our various branches, we are going to extend our hand of fellowship to the less privilege in the society most especially widows by giving them gift both at the zone and branch,” he stated.

The Guest Speaker, The Legal Secretary of NASFAT worldwide, Barr. Tajudeen Amusa, said the training is centered on understanding the organisation constitution in order for the newly inaugurated executives to get accustomed to the dos and don’t of the society.

He advised the excos to be fair, transparent in their judgment.
