Nigerian born tech guru and enthusiast, Dayo Bakare, is championing artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation with his Allencompassing start-up in United Kingdom.

As the Managing Director of Allencompassing, Bakare is creating a solution-driven social ecosystem in the tech space.

As part of his knowledge portfolio, Bakare has a degree in English from the University of Lagos(UNILAG), graduating with a Second Class in 2023 and afterwards, relocated to the UK to pursue a Master’s in Project Management at the University of Lincoln, which he completed in February 2025.

While studying, he began developing SootheMe, an AI-powered dating app set to launch under Allencompassing in August 2025. A passionate software engineer and entrepreneur, Dayo doesn’t just build technology he leads and manages impactful projects.

According to him, “As an entrepreneur, I am very passionate about the tech space, providing social and economic impact to millions of people across the world.

“This is the vision of SootheMe, making life easier for different races through relationship and connections.”

Currently, Bakare serves as a Web Support Analyst at UK Eco Energy where he won employee of the month in his first month at the company, while continuing to grow his ventures.

Before moving to the UK, he co-founded AdQuizzer with Adeyemi Oduyungbo—an advertisement app that attracted over 20,000 users. Today, AdQuizzer has become an extension of Allencompassing, reflecting Dayo’s consistency and belief that success in a dynamic market requires boldness and vision.

Bakare’s tech experience also includes roles as a Technical Consultant at Zita’s Healthy Beginnings, Chief Technical Officer at Fast5, and Software Trainer at Findworka.

At just 25 years old, Dayo Bakare is one of Africa’s rising tech minds; unafraid to break boundaries and redefine the future.
