Obaseki approves extension of special intervention team’s tenure
Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has approved extension of Ambrose Alli University’s special intervention team’s tenure by nine months.
Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie, in a statement, said the approval is with immediate effect.
He said: “Governor Obaseki, in exercise of the power vested on him in Section 3 (b) of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Special Intervention Law, has approved the extension of tenure of the current special intervention team by nine months with immediate effect.
“This is to enable them sustain positive transformation they have brought to bear since they took over the administration of the university.”
