360 Woman Africa, a personal development enterprise on a mission to equip women in Africa with soft skills to optimise their potentials for global relevance, is set to hold its annual conference next Saturday.

Founded by Yvonne Chioma Ofodile, a UK certified life coach and an under-30 entrepreneur, the company has organized various capacity and personal development events from its inception and has recorded great impact with testimonials to show for it.

One of its major event every year is the Woman Thrive Annual Conference solving two key SDG pointers as includes reducing inequality, gender inclusion and its effective engagement. The objective of the conference is to yearly bring together a large mass of women entrepreneurs and professionals across Africa, increase their capacity to function and add great value to individual lives by building on their skill sets through shared experiences, effective mentoring and networking.

“Our goal for Women Thrive 2019 is to raise women whose mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive and to do so with purpose, passion and power,” says Ofodile.

The conference will have Mrs Ndidi Nwuneli Founder, Leap Africa and Managing Partner Sahel Consulting as keynote speaker with the finest of women industry leaders such as Owen Omogiafo (Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Transcorp Hotels Plc), Osayi Alile (CEO ACT Foundation), Pearl Uzokwe (Director for Governance and Sustainability at Sahara Group Limited), Steve Harris (CEO EdgeEcution), Ichechi Okonkwo (Deputy MD Nedcomoaks), Folusho Gbadamosi (Director Business Process and Technology Prime Atlantic Group) Adaora Mbelu (Director at Trellis) and many more as panelists.

With the theme: Purpose, Passion and Power, this year’s discussions would tackle key issues around presumed limitations, and the road map to success for women passionate about making positive impacts in their society.
