What is the significance of this yearly Ayles Conference?
I want to play a significant role in 2018 AYLES conference to create and impact on the youths of our nation and be a source of motivation to the upcoming entrepreneurs and startups.

What’s the theme of the conference and what informed the choice of the topic and speakers?
I will be speaking on the winning attitude in a developing economy and will focus more on the economy of Nigeria as a case study

In what way has the yearly conference impacted on the Nigerian youth?
The yearly conference has been motivational to our youth; it has also inspired the youths towards strategic leadership roles and economic empowerment

How many youths are you expecting at this year’s conference?
More than 2,500 youths based on statistics will be attending 2018 AYLES Conference

How is this year’s conference different from the previous ones? What should delegates and visitors expect from this year’s conference?
2018 AYLES conference will be extraordinary looking at the quality of individuals/entrepreneurs and guest speakers who will anchor the event. These are professionals/entrepreneurs & CEOs who have shown track records of success in their various areas of business/discipline.

How is the Orator Project Africa Expanding Its Contribution To The Society In Terms Of Education And Youth Development?
The Orator project Africa has proven its contribution to the society in education & youth development by their yearly successful performances and increasing popularity and attendance by entrepreneurs and Africa youths.

Ayles has been for sometime now. What is the progress made so far?
It seems to be the only conference which unites the youths of Africa under one economic/leadership umbrella. It is also a platform which develops & brings out the leadership skills and ideas of African youth.

What has been your challenges organising this conference?
Financial challenges and inadequate funding.
