Were you at the just concluded Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2018? Because if you weren’t, we are about to tell you how exciting it was and how much fun we had.

We got to the venue early on the first day to set up our stand at the market arena and in the span of a few minutes, we had people streaming in for a cup of our perfect blend of cocktails and mocktails with Fayrouz.

Celebrities like Uriel Oputa, Kelechi Amadi, models, buyers, bloggers and fashion designers, the media and participants in the show came to our stand to try out our cocktails and mocktails. They had as much as they wanted. And we’re delighted to tell you almost everyone loved them.

There were different game shows and lots of our visitors won many prizes.

It was the perfect atmosphere for mingling and networking. Many fans got meet their favourite celebrities and have a chat with them over cups of chilled Fayrouz.

We gave our visitors the chance to sample for the first time, our new Fayrouz Citrus 5. The new Fayrouz Citrus 5 is an exquisite mix of the finest malted barley, Lemon, orange, lime, tangerine and grapefruit. We aimed for an exotic, refreshing and perfectly blended taste and, from the positive reactions we got from those who tasted it at our stand, we achieved it.

But that’s not all.

We partnered with style blogger, IamDodos, to give free tickets to see our “Green Access” winner walk the runway, which we sponsored at the LFDW. Three fans won the tickets to watch the runway show live and some surprise gift bags.

If you haven’t heard about the “Green Access” initiative, it was created to discover new fashion talents in Nigeria and motivate them towards exploring sustainable ways of achieving their creative goals. Or simply put, eco-fashion.

As you know, words can only do so much when it comes to missed experiences. But we can tell you everyone who visited the Fayrouz stand which is a premium soft drink from the stables of Nigerian Breweries left feeling exactly like our slogan; Refreshingly Different.

From L – R: Cynthia Madonna Orji, Fashion Designer based in Cotonou; Paulson Chibueze Nwadukwu, Student; Elizabeth Labake, Pattern Drafter at HDDC; Elyon Adede, Entrepreneur/creative stylist; Ebuka Omaliko, Designer Maliko Studios; Winners of the Green Access initiative sponsored by Fayrouz during the just concluded Heineken Lagos Fashion Week.
