Nigerian music sensation Asa, also known as Bukola Elemide, has thrilled fans by announcing her return with a fresh single titled ‘Odo’ after taking a break for two years.
The singer, famous for hits like ‘Bibanke’ and ‘Fire on the Mountain,’ shared the exciting news on her social media platforms, revealing the release date and an artwork preview of the song.
Asa’s last musical project was her fifth studio album, ‘V,’ released on February 25, 2022. The 41-year-old artist gained prominence in 2006 with her debut single ‘Eyé Adaba’ and went on to achieve platinum status with her self-titled debut album in 2008.
Known for her soulful voice and unique style, Asa has collaborated with industry talents like Cobhams Asuquo. Her journey includes successful albums like ‘Beautiful Imperfection’ in 2010, ‘Bed of Stone’ in 2014, and ‘Lucid’ in 2019.
