Growing up, we bought this a lot, and oh, what joy that fills our souls when we see it now. Surprisingly, this yummy goodness is easy to make and requires just two ingredients.
1 tbsp, cooking oil
Place a non-stick pan on medium heat, and pour the oil and condensed milk.
Stir continuously for 20 minutes until it gets thicker.
Turn off the heat and transfer the toffee onto a lightly oiled surface and allow it to cool a little, then dice into your preferred shape.
Store in an air-tight container and enjoy.
NOTE: The oil prevents the milk from getting stuck on the pan.
