Ed Sheeran, Jay Z, ColdPlay Make “World’s Highest Paid Musicians Of 2018”

Ed Sheeran, U2, Coldplay, Jay Z are among those listed in the Forbes World’s Highest Paid Musicians Of 2018.

The list released today by Forbes has 30 names on it and ranks U2 on top of the list.

Surprisingly, business mogul Rihanna, J.Cole and Dr Dre are missing from the list. While they earned well over $30 million, they didn’t quite get the cut.

The list also notes that if Beyonce and Jay Z had been merged together instead of as solo artistes, they would have ranked higher.

Forbes arrived at this earnings using “pretax earnings from June 1, 2017, through June 1, 2018, before deducting fees for agents, managers and lawyers.”
