There are many products on the internet all promising the same thing; to help you lose weight.

How effective these products are has been an issue of mixed reviews and perhaps in a bid to put to rest the argument once and for all, Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has challenged sellers of weight loss products to use her as a project.

The plus-size actress is making herself a willing tester of the weight loss products because she says that the sellers need to stop deceiving the public.

In an Instagram post made on Monday, the screen star wrote:

“If truely your weight loss pills and food works, use Eniola Badmus as a project. Work on me and let the world see the progress. Stop using people we know as slim people to advertise weight-loss food, pills, etc.”

Several celebrities have been known to market weight loss products on their social media pages and it is unclear if Badmus’ post is aimed at her fellow celebrities or simply a way of putting an end to scam products.

Recently, Badmus was in the news for a viral video of fellow actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde not being sure who Badmus is.

In the video, Omotola was asked to give a shout out to Eniola Badmus TV but Omosexy as she is fondly called appeared confused and asked for clarification if the Badmus in question is an actress.

In her reaction to the video, Badmus said it is a reminder she needs to work harder till she gets to a point when she no longer needs introductions.

Badmus’ professional acting career began in 2000 but she hit major stardom when she fetaured in Funke Akindele-Bello’s film, Jenifa, in 2008.
