Enter Wale Adenuga Production new superstory, Monica
Wale Adenuga Productions (WAP) has announced it has concluded the recording of an exciting new season of the popular family TV drama series, Superstory titled Monica.
According to the producer, Wale Adenuga Jnr., “We are really excited that we will soon get to share Monica with all our viewers. The story, like most seasons of Superstory, is based on true events and is intended to teach people life lessons by dramatising the experiences of others.
“For now, what I can tell you is that this time, the area of focus is the Nigerian TV and Film Industry otherwise known as Nollywood. Monica would hit your screens on 4th July 2019. Save the date and prepare to be thoroughly shocked, enlightened, and of course, entertained,” he said.
Adenuga Jnr., said the new Superstory was shot in several attractive locations across Nigeria and the fascinating story is brought to life through excellent performances by Chioma Okafor, Zack Orji, Tina Mba, Jibunna James, Stephanie Zibili, Funsho Adeolu, Nobert Young, Yemi Solade, Gloria Young, Regina Chukwu, Akpan and Oduma, Okey Jude, Kalu Ikeagwu, Yomi Black, Jibola Dabo, Ronke Ojo, Inem Peter, and a host of others actors.
He explained further that the multiple-award-winning Superstory airs weekly across Nigeria at primetime, on three highly-rated TV Channels: Thursday 8 – 9pm on NTA Network, Thursday 9 – 10pm on STV Network, and Thursday 8 – 9pm on wapTV; with repeats on wapTV on Friday 10 – 11am and Sunday 8 – 9pm.
