The air is filled with suspense as film stars and film lovers across the world anticipate the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.

The Cannes Film Festival, or Festival De Cannes in French, is one of the most prestigious and widely recognized film festivals in the world. It is held annually in Cannes, France.

The festival celebrates international cinema by showcasing new films of all genres from around the globe, including feature films, documentaries, and shorts.

For this year’s edition of the festival, a total of 22 films have been announced in the main competition, which is scheduled to kick off on the French Riviera on May 13.
