Susan Esisi, Chief Executive Officer of one of Nigeria and Africa’s foremost skincare companies, Susan Chanel Beauty, has celebrated her birthday in the most grandeur manner.

Esisi, who marked her birthday on July 27, personifies many great qualities and she rightly pointed them out by herself on the occasion of her 32nd birthday celebration.

In a lengthy post on Instagram, among many adjectives, she described herself as “fearless” and “warrior”, while posing beautifully in an Egyptian costume.

The owner of Susan Chanel Beauty wrote: “She is fierce, she is simple, she is crazy, she does whatsoever it takes to make it through one more day, she is not a sinner or saint, she is woman, she is a warrior with the soul of a survivor and a heart that is in search of peace and love.

“She is fearless, she is original, she is independent, she remembered who she was and the game changed! Happy birthday to our bosschick.”

Esisi is undoubtedly a symbol of inspiration to all aspiring to attain the height of success their backgrounds would naturally have denied them of.

The cosmetologist rose from a humble background and surmounted all the difficulties of life to build one of the proven, authenticated and sort-after skin products which have practically given many women ‘another life’.

The Susan Chanel Beauty founder is many things, one of which is pioneer of skincare entrepreneurship in Nigeria. Out of nothing, the businesswoman expanded to other African countries including Ghana and South Africa. Her products are in high demand in Canada, United States of America and across the world with established distribution channels.

The successes of the elegant Cross River-born CEO are infectious, attracting a number of Nigerian and Ghanaian celebrities, which include Tonto Dikeh, Regina Daniel’s, Ruth Kadiri, Jackie Appiah, among others, to model the company’s products and be proudly associated with the transformational vision of Susan Chanel Beauty.

The University of Lagos psychology graduate is a seasoned philanthropist as she embarks on monthly feeding of the hungry on the streets of Lagos, as well as the distribution of food items to the poor and vulnerable in the state — an exercise she also organised to commemorate her birthday.

Charity outreaches are a lifestyle she has absolved into the operations of her company. Esisi also conducts empowerment programmes for women and widows, while also supporting orphanages.
