Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has said that her colleague, Lizzy Anjorin, should be held accountable if anything happens to her or her children.
The 47-year-old film star made this known on Friday in a video shared via her Instagram page, responding to Lizzy’s earlier post claiming that a legal suit filed against her had been dismissed.
Ojo stated clearly that the matter was never a formal court case but part of an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process which had not even begun properly.
She said, “What we went for was ADR, which means Alternative Dispute Resolution. We have not started any proper case. The ADR judge threw the case out. That woman, normally, I respect her a lot. One of the times we went there, she called us and told us to settle everything peacefully. But Lizzy Anjorin did not stop coming after me, my children, and my family.”
According to the actress, the judge had initially stepped away from the matter but was later brought back into it by Anjorin, only to discard it again.
“But let me repeat, the case has not started. That was just ADR,” she added.
Iyabo Ojo, in the video and caption, alleged that Lizzy had constantly attacked her online and including dragging people around her and making false claims against her.
“You keep attacking people who are close to me. You drag anyone you see with me. And the only reason I filed a case against you is because of all the false things you say about me,” she stated.
Ojo further said that if anything happens to her or her children, Anjorin should be questioned based on her past actions and ongoing attacks.
“There is nothing you have not accused me of. I should be the one to say that if anything happens to me, Iyabo Ojo, or to my daughter, Priscilla Ajoke, or to Festus Olajuwon Ojo, then you, Lizzy Anjorin, should be among the people held responsible.”
In the caption of the video, Ojo also wrote, “If anything should happen to my children or my kids, hold Lizzy Anjorin responsible… we haven’t started any case yet… that was just ADR, case never start.”
As of press time, Anjorin has not responded to Iyabo’s latest comments.
