An Easy Way To Make Heavenly Carrot Buttermilk Crepes
Crepes, popularly known as pancakes, are lifesaving breakfast meals in lots of homes. Unfortunately, a lot of people only know the conventional recipe. This recipe will break the jinx and give you that difference you have been craving for.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 egg
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and give a quick stir until well combined.
- Using a non-stick frying pan on a low heat, add a tablespoon of oil.
- With a deep cooking spoon or half cup, pour in your crepe batter into the pan. Flip the crepe after a few seconds and bring it out when it is slightly brown.
- Toss some leftover grated carrot and golden syrup for garnish. Or garnish with whipped cream.
