Nothing screams indulgence like a creamy, tropical smoothie that is refreshing and satisfying. This sweet treat, perfect as a dessert or a midday pick-me-up, combines the richness of coconut with the natural sweetness of ripe bananas, crowned with a tangy strawberry topping to deliver pure bliss with every sip.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 cup coconut milk (fresh or canned)
½ cup Greek yoghurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes
4 fresh strawberries, sliced (for topping)
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for garnish)

Instructions

Peel the bananas and put them in a blender. Add the coconut milk and, if using, Greek yoghurt.
Pour in the honey and vanilla extract, then add the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with sliced strawberries and shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately.
