When you brush twice daily, you can be rest assured that you don’t have food particles lingering in your teeth. Brushing in the morning will aid clear away the plaque that accumulated overnight. Brushing at night helps to prevent your teeth from getting attacked by bacteria.
Use an extra-soft or soft-bristled toothbrush:
Changing your toothbrush regularly is highly recommended and choosing the right type of toothbrush is very vital. Shredded or worn out toothbrush are no longer effective in cleaning the teeth. For many, a powered toothbrush is a good alternative. It can do a better job of cleaning teeth, particularly for those who have difficulty brushing or who have limited manual dexterity.

With several options of toothpaste to choose from, it can be quite daunting trying to select which toothpaste is right for you. You can ask your dentist or dental hygienist which toothpaste is right for you.
