Cranberries are in season. The presence of the antioxidant proanthocyanidins (PACs) in cranberries helps prevent some bacteria from getting to the urinary tract walls. It also reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and aids in oral health.


  • Ice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 3 ounces of cranberry juice
  • 1 slice of mint


    1. Fill the glass with crushed ice
    2. Pout the vodka, the cranberry juice lime into the glass
    3. Add mint leaf
    4. Refrigerate for two hours.
