High Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Dates
  • Granola
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Peanut butter
  • Protein powder
  • Almond milk

METHOD

  1. Slice the banana and put it in a blender. Add the blueberries, dates, granola, greek yoghurt and almond milk and blend until smooth. Add the peanut butter and protein powder and blend thoroughly.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
