The mother of Hilda Effiong Bassey has testified of her daughter’s global recognition on the famous NSPPD prayer platform on YouTube.

Hilda’s mother was seen giving her testimony on the NSPPD 7am Morning Prayer platform where she reflected on her grass to grace story and talked about her days in Abuja when a landlord told her to rent a one room at Lugbe and live there with her children.

“Pastor Jerry Eze, you won’t understand, I remember where I was one time and the landlord came to collect rent, I have even paid the one I have and he called me madam let me advice you, I said Ok sir, he said go to Lugbe, those in Abuja you know where Lugbe is, rent one room and carry your children and go and stay there. It means I was just able to pay one room, in Lugbe.”

NSPPD is a prayer platform led by Pastor Jerry Eze and has individuals from all parts of the world joining the prayer every 7am.

NSPPD which has also gained global recognition has been in existence since the Covid period of 2020. In a CNN report it described the prayer platform as one of the most watched on YouTube.

Hilda’s mother excitedly said in her testimony, “NSPPD members it has happened. Pastor Jerry declared it shall be large, it shall be big, he has done it. He said the kings have agreed for you to be their king and the spotlight is on you and the spotlight is on me. You know, the Lagos state Governor spoke to me one on one, you know the vice president called, you know I am speaking with the kings and not mere men because my hope and trust has been on the Lord.”

Hilda Bassey broke the Guinness World record on Monday night, attaining 100 hours record for the longest cooking time by an individual. However, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci is yet to be certified a record breaker. The Guinness World Record has stated that it will review all the evidence first before officially confirming the record of Nigerian chef.

She continued, “God of pastor Jerry, indeed he has not failed. Whatever that has made my daughter to have this dream, make it one thousand times better. NSPPD members, I now dine with the kings and prince I speak with governors’ presidents, see me ooh who was I before, who was I before? A nobody, it is me ooh, I have to say it out.”

“Pastor Jerry said if God was not ashamed to bless you, why are you ashamed to testify? Pastor Jerry Eze. This is a woman now talking to presidents, talking to governors, shaking hands… God indeed there is nothing you cannot do I give you all the glory and I say father may your name be glorified. Pastor jerry may God bless you. May thunder fire anybody who will say evil about you, may your children be blessed beyond measure may your home be in peace in perfect peace.”
