A well known super fruit, banana smoothies are a great way to enjoy the deliciousness of bananas. 

Follow this easy recipe to make a great everyday banana smoothie:

Ingredients 

  • Bananas
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Almond Milk
  • Flax Meal
  • Vanilla Extract

You could also add 

  • Chia seeds
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Chia seeds 
  • Protein powder
  • Ground cinnamon

Recipe 

  • Start by blending all the ingredients in a blender. If you like your smoothies thin, throw in a lot more almond milk, but if you don’t, only a little is fine. 
  • Once blended, serve in a glass and add some toppings. Nut butter, granola and even slices of fresh fruit double as great toppings. 
  • Put in the fridge to cool.
