Do you feel like there is too much to do and not enough of you to do it? Or do you even get tired today, for tomorrow before it even appears? If so, then this article would be of utmost importance to you.

Time is the most important asset to every human being and, as such, we must manage it well. Some people realise this early in their lifetime, while others do not. However, time management does not come naturally to anyone, it must be learned, practised and mastered.

Here are some ways to manage your life:

Develop a healthy screen time: In this generation, nothing steals time as much as our mobile phones. Social media may have brought us benefits and development, but have stolen our minds. According to Statista, internet users worldwide spent an average of 145 minutes per day in 2020. A lot of times, this user is just surfing the internet to keep himself from getting bored, and before you know it, time would have gone. It is important that you develop a healthy screen time. Do not always be on your phone merely getting entertained, do something productive at one time and at another time, stay away from your phones.

Have a schedule: Living without a schedule would have some things elude you in your lifetime. Already, time makes us experience a beginning and end to things. Because of this, we do not get to live our lives all at once; we tend to spread out our lives in days, months and years so that at any given moment, we have a past, a present and a future. With this knowledge, it is only wise to have a routine, and no, we cannot control what happens at all times, but we can redeem time when we are in charge, and this happens with the simple concept called routine.

Be consistent and disciplined: This is the essence of time management. Every other point is intertwined in this one.
