Ingredients
- 3 cups of Avocado, peeled, mashed
- 3 cups of coconut milk or whole milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
- Garlic, Corn (for garnish; optional)
Method
- Pour the milk into a blender and add the avocado. Blend together.
- Pour out your puree into a bowl and add salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 15 minutes.
- Add lime
