American singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has candidly discussed the challenges she faced following her recent divorce from ex-husband Ben Affleck.

The couple, who had rekindled their romance after a nearly two-decade separation, tied the knot in 2022 but parted ways earlier this year, 2024.

In an interview with Interview Magazine, Lopez revealed that the divorce was a deeply painful experience that nearly “took her out for good.” Despite the heartache, she expressed no regrets about marrying Affleck.

“Not one second,” she stated. “That doesn’t mean it didn’t almost take me out for good. It almost did. But now, on the other side of it, I think to myself, Fuck, that is exactly what I needed. Thank you, God. I’m sorry it took me so long. I’m sorry that you had to do this to me so many times.”
