Kim Kardashian To Share $500,000 Between 1000 People

It’s almost Christmas and the spirit of love and giving is in the air so it is no surprise that reality TV star Kim Kardashian has announced that she will be spreading love by giving out $500 to 1000 people.

The Kim Kardashian-West Beauty founder made the announcement yesterday in a tweet.

“Hey guys! It’s the most wonderful time of the year. I know 2020 has been really hard and people are struggling, worried about how they’re going to pay rent, put food on the table, or a gift under the tree for their kids.”

She continued:

“I want to spread the love by sending $500 to 1000 people.”

The reality TV star asked that fans reply with their $Cashtag and the hashtag #KKWHoliday for the chance to win a cash prize.

The money to be given out is  through a partnership with Cash App. A spokesperson confirmed that Cash App is the financial sponsor for this particular partnership.

In order to enter, all you have to do is share your “$cashtag” under the tweet along with the hashtag #KKWHoliday.

The tweet has since generated over 100,000 replies since it was first shared.

40-year-old Kardashian became a billionaire this year after Coty bought a $200m (£162m) stake in her KKW Beauty brand.

Coty the US cosmetics giant bought a 20% stake in KKW Beauty, valuing the reality TV star’s three-year-old business at $1bn (£815m).

Upon learning of his wife’s billionaire status, rapper Kanye West posted a tweet featuring a bizarre message, flowers and vegetables.

The rapper cum designer wrote:

 “I am so proud of my beautiful wife Kim Kardashian West for officially becoming a billionaire.

“You’ve weathered the craziest storms and now God is shining on you and our family So blessed this is still life So I made you this still life We love you so much.”
