Using this recipe, you can make as many yoghurt parfaits as possible anytime. To start, you’ll need:
- Greek yoghurt
- Frozen strawberries in juice
- Fresh grapes, bananas or blackberries
Start by adding three spoons of greek yoghurt into a glass or cup. On the first layer, add three spoons of granola. And the fruit mix of sliced bananas, grapes and berries. Add another layer of yoghurt and alternate the fruit mix and granola layers with yoghurt until the glasses are filled. Chill a bit and serve.
Enjoy with a snack of your choice, maybe some meat pie, chicken pie or sausage rolls. You can also enjoy with your meal.
