Mike Posner Back On His Feet After Snake-Bite Mishap
American singer-songwriter, Michael Robert Henrion Posner, popularly known as Mike Posner is back on his feet again after snake bite encounter.
The “Cooler Than Me” crooner posted an encouraging video of himself using a walker in the hospital he’s currently being treated at, with a caption that read:
“From 24 miles per day to using this walker to get to bathroom. I’m on my way back. Gonna rebuild with patience and equanimity. HUGE shout outs to Stephanie, Fergie, Bo, Angie, Eddie, mike, dr black, dr van Birmingham, dr Gordon, dr Shapiro, Natalie, carol, Megan, Jeremy, and my whole family in ICU. Molly and her husband from PT are gonna come help me walk again tomorrow. KEEP GOING.”
He’s literally relearning how to walk again via physical therapy.

Posner had been walking his way across Colorado when he got bitten by a rattlesnake. He was airlifted to the hospital where he got the anti-venom he needed in time, but the snake definitely left its mark, causing his left foot to swell up near his ankle area.
The Grammy-nominated musician, also known for “I Took a Pill in Ibiza,” launched his inspiring “Walk Across America” project in April and has been going on daily, multi-mile walks across the U.S. ever since. The 3,000-mile adventure was launched in honour of his father and his friend, celebrity DJ Avicii.
