Listen: Ojayy Wright Releases A New Single “Erika”
The son of the popular actress, Bukky Wright, OJayy Wright stands out as one of Africa’s most promising music creators and performing acts set to change the global landscape with his unique sound.
A graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, the talented musician made his break in 2016 with his Nigerian Street anthem, MOFO, and has since been on an impressive streak.
With a full-length project to his name, Ojayy Wright is referred to as one of Africa’s most promising acts who has offered joy through live performances and his creative sound in the music and fashion scene.
After the successful release of his trailblazing EP “37 Degrees in Lagos” featuring top-rated artists like Chidinma, Ice Prince, CDQ, Small Doctor, Jaywon, and more. He is set to end this year with another Top Charting EP which features more great artists, with the lead single “ERIKA.”
Erika officially indicates work in progress on his second EP which is set to be released by the end of this year as it also ushers the beginning of a new sound for the fast-rising singer.
The Afrobeats song depicts his infatuation for a strong, unique, beautiful, and confident African woman, who is made for greatness.
The yet-to-be-named EP has already secured a feature with TENI and he is working to feature other known acts such as Davido and Diamond Platinum.
