Taylor Swift sets new record with 100 billion Spotify streams

American pop star, Taylor Swift, has made history as the first female artiste to hit 100 billion streams on Spotify.
The streaming platform confirmed the milestone after a review of her account, showing that the award-winning singer had surpassed the mark.
Music data platform, Chart Masters, also ranked Swift as the second highest earner on Spotify, raking in an estimated $7.71 million in the past year. She is only behind Canadian rapper, Drake, whose earnings stand at $7.72 million.

Beyond streaming, Swift’s financial dominance remains unmatched.
Forbes recently named her the first musician to become a billionaire solely from music and performances, with an estimated net worth of $1.6 billion.
Swift has earned 14 Grammy awards and consistently topped charts.
