American rapper Nicki Minaj has been arrested in Amsterdam, for allegedly possessing soft drugs.
The rapper is scheduled for a Pink Friday 2 World Tour on Saturday before her arrest at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.
Minaj took to social media, capturing parts of her interaction with police. In the video snippets, an officer appears to inform her of being under arrest.

The singer said her jet pilot reveals to her that the police said they have to unload all her luggage and search everything.
When she questioned why, the pilot said a policeman requested it because she was filmed reviewing her possessions.
“Keep in mind they took my bags without consent. My security has already advised them those pre-rolls belong to him,” she wrote on X, referring to marijuana joints.
“Now they said I have to go five mins away to make a statement about my security to the police precinct, It’s to try to make me late so that they can write negative stories.” Nicki Minaj said.
While Dutch authorities confirmed the arrest of a 41-year-old American woman for suspected soft drug possession, they did not identify the individual.
This incident comes just hours before Minaj was scheduled to perform at Manchester’s Co-op Live venue.
Minaj’s fans, eagerly anticipating the concert, are undoubtedly anxious about the situation.
