Offset Shares Music Video For ‘5 4 3 2 1’ Single
Migos’ Offset has made a well-timed return with his latest single, “5 4 3 2 1”, produced by Baby Keem.
Offset began teasing the new single back in January but didn’t confirm its release date until earlier this week. He shared multiple snippets of the track on Instagram.
“5 4 3 2 1” is Offset’s first solo single and music video in three years. He has, however, jumped on several features, including “Big 14” with Trippie Redd and Moneybagg Yo as well as “New to You” with Calvin Harris, Normani, and Tinashe.
Offset also teased his second studio album, a follow-up to his 2019 debut solo album Father of 4. The MC spoke about his next body of work in an Instagram video this week.
“I’m going crazy on this, you know what I’m sayin’? Album is full of hits and full of smashes,” he promised. “Y’all gonna see how I’m coming. I’m coming crazy in all aspects of rapping. I ain’t playing no games. I got shit for the girls, too. I made sure I touched on some shit for the girls. … You get that support from the women, it’s gonna go next level.”
This year Migos has been thrust into drama after rumours of the group splitting up made rounds. While the group is yet to confirm or deny these claims, the rumours are further fueled by Quavo and Takeoff’s string of releases as a duo.
