PawPaw contains high levels of Vitamins A, C and E and it may reduce the risk of heart attack, and prevent the oxidation of cholesterol that leads to heart diseases.

INGREDIENT
Pawpaw
All-purpose flour
½ tbsp Baking soda
½ cup Buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tbsp Salt
1 cup Pawpaw pulp
3 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
Whipped cream

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 3500F.
2. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
4. In another bowl, put the pawpaw, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla and mix with an electric mixer. Add the flour mix and pawpaw pulp and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour batter into the greased baking dish, put it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes (pierce with a toothpick to check if the insides are baked as well)
6. Set on a wire rack to cool (the pudding will collapse as it cools).
7. Serve with whipped cream.
