Nigerian singer and songwriter Tobechukwu Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi, has addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding his involvement in writing Burna Boy’s hit song.

In a recent social media post, Peruzzi firmly denied claims that he wrote “Last Last,” one of Burna Boy’s most popular tracks. The speculation had gained traction on social media, with some attributing the songwriting credits to Peruzzi.

“Don’t give me credit for what I didn’t do,” Peruzzi stated clearly, putting an end to the circulating rumours.

The clarification comes amidst Peruzzi’s previous statement boasting about having written over 252 songs for the Nigerian music industry. While Peruzzi has undoubtedly made significant contributions to the industry, he emphasized the importance of accurate attribution and respecting the creative ownership of artists.
