Rebel Wilson has been granted a temporary restraining order from a “delusional” man that allegedly has been “harassing” her for months.

The ‘‘Pitch Perfect’’ star’s alleged stalker has multiple times shown up in her home in Los Angeles with strange gifts and letters, according to reports.

In a legal document that was filed by Susan Haber, the actress’ lawyer, the man is believed to have found her home in Los Angeles and delivered a handwritten note which wrongly claimed that he has a 20-year-old son with the actress.

The 41-year-old actress added that the letter falsely gives an account of how they purportedly met in 2001 at a club, where they talked, kissed and ‘‘we both know what happened thereafter.’’

Despite the man’s assumptions of his shared past with the Hollywood actress, she stated they had never met.

Wilson wrote that she believes the man is “delusional” and has created ‘‘In his mind a fictitious history of a relationship he had, and wants to continue to have’’ with her.

His continual assumed harassment has led Rebel Wilson to fear for her safety believing that his actions won’t stop until the court steps in.

With her latest legal win against him, her stalker ‘‘must stay 100 yards away from Rebel and not make any attempt to contact her.’’

In 2020, she opened up that she had a stalker at the Australian Open’s Inspirational Women lunch from rural Victoria who planned to lock her on his farm, in hopes she could develop Stockholm Syndrome.

In recent times, Wilson has spoken out about being sexually harassed by two figures in the entertainment industry on separate occasions during an interview with the BBC.

The first encounter occurred in a hotel room in Australia when Rebel was in her 20s and she was invited to chat with a ‘big time’ film director.

‘‘I literally thought I was going to have a meeting about comedy and talk about comedy,’ she recalled. ‘He kept trying to give me more and more alcohol.’’

The star stated that the director answered a phone from his wife, while she was with him and ‘she’ could clearly hear.

‘She started saying, “you’ve got Rebel in that hotel room, you were going to sleep with her…” I heard the message. That was the first time I thought, “oh my god, what is this? What’s going on?”‘

Rebel proceeded to swiftly leave the hotel room and never spoke of the encounter again.

The second case of sexual harassment took place on a film set Rebel was on in Los Angeles when she was at random invited to a male co-star’s trailer.

The actress made known that the actor dropped his pants as she entered the trailer and asked her to perform an inappropriate act as his male friends filmed the meeting with their phones.

“I was in shock, I was like, ‘What’s going on?’ Just kept saying, ‘no, what is this?’ Like, ‘no, no, no,’” Wilson explained.

“His buddies are laughing and he’s kind of clearly getting off on it.”

Rebel’s agent reported the incident to the studio, who revealed it was the fourth complaint they had received about the unidentified actor.

Rebel says she now has the ‘courage’ to speak out against ‘disgusting’ and inappropriate behaviour.
