  • Apply some olive oil to your legs and your hands
  • Massage your skin gently for a few minutes
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water
  • Apply a suitable moisturizer to your skin

If you want to have satisfactory results, repeat this treatment regularly.

OR

  • Mix four tablespoons of brown sugar, two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey
  • Apply this mixture to your hands and your legs
  • Rub it in circular motions
  • Allow it to sit for about 5 to 10 minutes
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water
  • Apply a suitable moisturizer
  • Repeat this process once daily

  • Massage it gently for a few minutes

  • Take a bath to rinse it off
  • Repeat this process once daily

OR
