See yourself as the best
It is important for you not to undermine who you are or what you can do. When you see yourself as the best, you stand a chance to fight through all forms of negativity that might come your way. However, it will be easier for you to get unmotivated when you see yourself as less.
Take care of yourself
It is important to take care of your mental, physical and psychological health if you are to continually get motivated. When your health is terrible, it will reflect in all you do and this makes it difficult to achieve your goals, hence, giving up becomes an option.
Develop a bias for action. When you get a good idea, do it now. The faster you move, the better you get. And the better you get, the more you like yourself. And the more you like yourself, the higher your self-esteem is. And the higher your self-esteem is, the greater your self-discipline is.
